Just wanted to give a warm congratulatory welcome to our boys and girls (levels 4-10) who competed at the 2013 San Diego Classic. They had an awesome weekend of competition and whole lot of fun on and off the gym floor.

Coaches Saki and Breeze love animals.  We visite the S.D. Zoo Safari Park (a.k.a. Wild Animal Park) with Will (Level 9) and John as well as to the S.D. Zoo with Trevor and his family. Good times.

… And YES, the gym is open Monday, Dec. 21st, 2013.

And another SHOUT OUT goes to the members of Santa Cruz Sports Central competitive teams for a great and fun-filled weekend.

Our trampolinists had an away meet at Springtime, Emeryville and what a great meet it was!!!

Shayna held her own in the face of fierce competition. She performed the best routines of her live, earning a silver medal on trampoline (girls 9-10 level 6) and placing 4th on double-mini and tumbling. Way to go.

Joe (boys 13+ levels 3(TR), 3(DM) & 2(TU)) had a fantastic meet receiving the coveted clean sweep (first place on all three events). FANTASTIC!!!

Elsewhere, we had a ridiculously fun time doing a pseudo-gym-activity at the HP Pavilion. There was an open invitation to anyone interested to go see the Harlem Globetrotters. Some of us showed up and had a BLAST. Put your mind at ease… the Globetrotters won the game (I know… shocker!), 128×72 against the Select team.

THIS weekend, the boys and girls gymnasts will be competing their little hearts out in San Diego. GOOD LUCK everyone!

Classes are back in session and we are looking forward to starting off the new year right!
A new year brings new classes!

Monday nights at 5 we have a Girls Level 1 class which will begin this coming Monday January 7th!

We would love to open up the following class:
Girls Level 1 Tuesday and Thursday at 3
Beginning Boys Tuesday and Wednesday at 5
Beginning Trampoline Thursday at 5

Once we have three students enrolled we will be able to open these classes so register fast!
